结合谐振式声表面波(SAW)无线传感系统的脉冲查询原理,从阅读器的硬件系统出发,研究了其本振相位噪声和模数转换器(ADC)误差两个主要误差源,并分别分析了两者对系统的测量不确定度带来的影响,最后对各自的分量进行合成。通过定量分析,选择合适参数,改进系统的硬件设计,使其测量性能得到更大提高。
Combined with pulsed interrogation principle of resonant SAW wireless sensor system, based on the reader hardware system, the two main sources of error, which are local oscillator phase noise and ADC error are studied. The effects of the two main source errors on the system measurement uncertainty have been analyzed respectively, and each component has been synthesized. Quantitative analysis can be used as a guide to choose appropriate parameters and improve the system hardware design, and the measurement performance can be enhanced greatly.
