目的测定9种丹参制剂中隐丹参酮、丹参酮Ⅰ、丹参酮ⅡA。方法采用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(5μm,4.6mm×150 mm)色谱柱;20 mmol/L乙酸铵-乙腈(30∶70,v/v)为流动相,体积流量为1.0 mL/min;紫外检测波长为270 nm。结果三者在0.01~3.00μg/mL质量浓度内线性范围良好,隐丹参酮、丹参酮Ⅰ和丹参酮ⅡA3种化合物的日内精密度RSD〈15%,准确度为85%~115%。结论建立的测定丹参制剂中隐丹参酮、丹参酮Ⅰ、丹参酮ⅡA的方法符合化学样品测定要求,能准确测定样品中目标物。
AIM To estabilsh an HPLC method for determining cryptotanshinone,tanshinone ⅡA and tanshinoneⅠ in 9 kinds of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma preparations.METHODS Separation was accomplished on the Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 column(5 μm,4.6 mm× 150 mm),with 20 mmol/L ammonium acetate-acetonitrile(30∶70,v/v) as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was set at 270 nm.RESULTS The three compounds showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.19-3.00 μg/mL.The intra-day precision and inter-day precision RSDs of cryptotanshinone,tanshinoneⅠand tanshinoneⅡA were less than 15%,and the recoveries were between 85%-115%.CONCLUSION The method is accurate in the determination of cryptotanshinone,tanshinoneⅠ,tanshinoneⅡA in Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma preparations.
