以铝合金为阳极,Fe-N/C为阴极组装了金属过氧化氢半燃料电池,研究了H2O2浓度、KOH浓度、电解液流速及测试温度对电池性能的影响。结果表明,过氧化氢浓度为0.6 mol/L、KOH浓度为3 mol/L、电解液流速为80 mL/min时电池的开路电压为1.3 V,最大功率密度达到51 mW/cm2。恒电流放电表明电池在碱性溶液中稳定性良好。
A Al-H2O2 semi fuel cell using Fe-N/C as cathode was reported.The effects of concentrations of H2O2 and KOH,flow rate of electrolyte as well as operation temperature on the cell performance were investigated.The cell exhibited an open circuit voltage of about 1.30 V,and the peak power density was 51 mW/cm2.The constant current discharge measurement demonstrates that the electrode has a better stability in alkaline solution.
