英文摘要：
This paper introduces the concept of sub-network,with projects undertaken by the same contractor constituting a sub-network,and then establishes the program sub-network. It analyzes reward mechanism,points out that construction period in advance will have impact on their own schedule,sub-network schedule they lie,start time of back closely sub-network and succeeding sub-networks and program schedule. All of the above jointly determine the amount of the contract reward. At the same time,it discusses the reward situation of contract project ahead of schedule within the sub-network and construction period in advance between sub-networks when the project is on critical paths and non critical paths. Based on these,it establishes the reward model for program construction period in advance.
