In this paper, the talent training mode of biotechnology in Local colleges and Universities was explored and practiced. Focusing on the combination of industry, puts forward some teaching methods suitable for cultivating applied talents. To provide a certain reference value for resolving the problem that practice ability was weak and the employment prospects was difficult to the graduates majoring in biotechnology of local colleges and universities.
