利用CSD物性方程建立工质R22蒸气压缩热泵循环模型,模型考虑实际循环中过冷、吸气过热及压缩过程的不可逆熵增,导出多联式热泵系统综合部分负荷性能系数IPLⅣ值与蒸发器、冷凝器换热器面积比、冷热源温度及热泵负荷的关系式,并建立系统IPLV值与换热面积比之间的优化模型。通过数值分析研究在不同换热面积比下冬夏季及全年IPLV值变化,分析其影响规律,为实际工程提供理论基础和数据支持。
The vapor compression heat pump cycle model of refrigerant R22 was developed with CSD constitutive equation, considering the irreversible entropy made in compression process, the actual cycle of superheat and subcool, and the relation between multi type heat pump system IPLV value and the evaporator, condenser heat exchanger area ratio, cold and heat source temperature and heat pump load was derived, and the optimization model between system IPLV value and heat transfer area ratio was established. Through the numerical analysis of value change in different heat transfer area ratio of winter and summer and annual IPLV, its influence was analyzed regularity, which provides a theoretical basis and data support for the practical engineering.
