为了提高突发公共事件应急物流系统的运作效率,考虑应急物资需求和救援车辆旅行时间的随机性,以及应急物资需求的紧迫性,基于机会约束规划方法建立了一个应急物流系统中带时间窗的随机定位-路径问题优化模型,设计了一种结合禁忌搜索和蒙特卡罗方法的混合遗传算法,并通过算例分析验证上述模型和算法的有效性。
To enhance the operational efficiency of emergency logistics systems for public emergency,an optimization model for stochastic location-routing problem with time windows is developed.The model is built on chance-constrained program by considering the stochastic demand of relief materials and stochastic travel times of relief vehicles,as well as the time-sensitive requirements of relief materials.A hybrid optimization algorithm combining Tabu search and Monte Carlo method is proposed.A numerical example is presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the model and the algorithm.
