通过铝热反应制备了Mn含量为5%、10%、15%(质量分数)的块体纳米晶Fe3Al材料,对材料进行了XRD、EPMA、TEM等分析表征。结果表明,合金元素Mn的加入使块体纳米Fe3Al材料的晶粒尺寸先减小后增大,材料的硬度随Mn含量的增加先增大后减小。
Bulk nanocrystalline Fe3Al materials containing 5wt%, 10wt% and 15wt% Mn element are prepared by aluminothermic reaction. The materials are analyzed by XRD,TEM and EPMA. It shows that adding Mn element reduces the grain size at first then the grain size increases. The hardness increases at first then decreases with increase of the Mn element.
