目的:建立北洋金花非生物碱成分指纹图谱测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,测定不同产地和来源的北洋金花药材,制订非生物碱成分指纹图谱。色谱柱为Hypersil ODS2(4.6mm×200mm);流动相:乙腈-水梯度洗脱;流速:1.0mL.min-1;检测波长:345nm;柱温:25℃。结果:对不同产地和来源北洋金花药材的非生物碱成分进行了HPLC指纹图谱测定,确定了14个共有指纹峰,其中4个共有指纹峰确定为黄酮类化合物且在有效部位中的含量比例较大;相似度比较结果显示不同产地和来源的北洋金花药材质量有所不同。结论:所建立的北洋金花指纹图谱可用于北洋金花指纹图谱的测定和质量控制研究。
Objective:Establish a method for determination of HPLC fingerprint spectrum for non-alkaloid constituents of Flos Datura innoxia Mill.Methods: HPLC fingerprint spectrums of different places and sources of Flos Datura innoxia Mill were determined and the chromatography conditions were as follows: Hypersil ODS2 column(4.6mm×200mm),mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and water in gradients,flow rate 1.0mL·min-1,the detection wavelength 345nm,column temperature 25℃.Results: HPLC fingerprint spectrums of different places and sources of Flos Datura innoxia Mill were determined and 14 common fingerprint peaks were asertained,4 of them were assigned as flavonoids.Similarities of the fingerprint spectrums were compared and showed the quality difference for the different Flos Datura innoxia Mill.Conclusion: The method established could be used for determination of HPLC fingerprint spectrum of Flos Datura innoxia Mill and study for its quality control.
