目的应用响应面分析法优化马兰总黄酮的提取工艺。方法以单因素研究为基础,以总黄酮提取量为响应值,以4因素3水平的响应面分析法优化马兰总黄酮的提取工艺。结果马兰总黄酮的最优提取工艺条件为:乙醇浓度为40%,液料比为16.5:1,提取时间为2h,提取次数3次,在该条件下,马兰总黄酮提取量预测值为162.538mg,实际验证值为156.867mg,并得出各因素对马兰总黄酮提取量的影响大小依次为乙醇浓度、液料比、提取次数、提取时间。结论响应面分析法可用于优化马兰总黄酮的提取工艺,实验验证值与模型预测值基本相符。

英文摘要:

Objective To optimize the extraction technique for total flavonoids in Kalimeris indica (L.) Sch-Bip by response surface analysis. Methods Based on the single-factor experiment and with the yield of total flavonoids as the response, a four-factor, three-level response surface analysis was used to optimize the extraction technique for total flavonoids in Kalimeris indica (L.) Sch-Bip. Results The results indicated that in the optimal extraction technique, raw material was treated with 40% ethanol (16.5 times) three times (2 h each time). In this condition, the predicted and experimental yields of total flavonoids in Kalimeris indica (L.) Sch-Bip were 162. 538 mg and 156. 867 mg, respectively. The most important influencing factor for the yield of total flavonoids was ethanol concentration, followed by solid-liquid ratio, extraction times, and extraction duration. Conclusion Response surface analysis can be used to optimize the extraction technique for total flavonoids in Kalimeris indica (L.) Sch-Bip. The experimental value almost accords with the predicted value.
