目的比较阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者持续气道正压通气(CPAP)治疗压力的自动与人工调定。方法选择2010年12月至2012年12月在广州医学院第一附属医院睡眠呼吸中心确诊为OSAHS的患者进行人工与自动CPAP治疗压力调定,人工调压法在多导睡眠图监测下进行,自动调压法则根据患者在家连续调压3晚至1周的结果。比较两种调压方法产生的压力。结果共纳入58例患者,其中男52例、女6例,年龄(48±11)岁。自动调定的压力为(10.0±2.2)cmH2O(1cmH,0=0.098kPa),显著高于人工调定的(7.5±1.5)emH20(P=0.000)。按人工调定的压力对患者进行CPAP治疗后,睡眠呼吸暂停低通气指数从(54.0±21.0)次/h降至(3.8±2.5)0:/h(P〈0.01)。结论自动调定的压力常高于人工调定的压力,如患者不能耐受自动调定的压力,应重新进行人丁调定。
Objective To compare the continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) of automatic titration with that of manual titration Methods A total of 58 patients with obstructive sleep apnea and hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) diagnosed by overnight polysomnography at sleep center of First Affiliated Hospital, Guangzhon Medical University were studied between December 2010 and December 2012.
