硫化氢(H2S)已经被公认为一种生理介质,具有各种各样的生物学功能.胱硫醚β-合成酶(Cytathiohineβ-synthase, CBS)、胱硫醚γ-裂解酶(Cytathiohineγ-lyase, CSE)及3-硫基丙酮酸硫基转移酶(3-Mercaptopyruvate Sulfurtransferase,3MST)可利用半胱氨酸或者同型半胱氨酸生成H2S.本文就H2S的产生及其释放机制、血管舒张作用、抗氧化应激及其抗炎症反应等方面做了综述.
Hydrogen sulfide (H2S) has been recognized as a physiological mediator with a variety of bi-ological functions. It is produced by three enzymes,cytathiohineβ-synthase (CBS),cytathiohineγ-lyase (CSE) and 3-mercaptopyruvate sulfurtransferase (3MST) along with cysteine aminotransferase.The mech-anism of release and production, vasorelaxant effect, antioxidative stress and anti-inflammatory response of H2S were reviewed in the article.
