在分析全球化、区域化的基础上，重点探讨了全球区域作用下的再层级化现象，进而对当前的区域整合与一体化发展的趋势进行了总结。在理论分析的基础上，论文对全球一区域动力作用下的江苏沿江地区空间发展问题进行了分析，进而提出从制度、经济与空间三个方面对沿江地区空间结构进行重构，实现区域的协调发展。

Globalization is an important dynamic of contemporary urban and regional development. With the emergence ofregionalism and neoegionalism, region has become the study focus of the west literatures. Based on the analysis of globalization and regionalization, this paper mainly discusses the restructuring of regional hierarchy under these new backgrounds. Then, taking the eight metropolitan regions along the Yangtze River of Jiangsu Province as a case, it researches the spatial restructuring of the whole region. Then some advices are given from the aspects of institution, economy and space for the regional coordinated development.
