对淮南市土壤重金属含量、动物群落结构及其多样性进行分析,探讨重金属污染对土壤动物群落结构的影响,以期为治理重金属污染与恢复污染区的生态系统提供相关的科学依据。结果表明,对重金属综合污染指数进行分析发现,8个样地中仅1个样地受到轻度污染,其余样地均受到重度污染;随着样地土壤重金属综合污染指数增大,土壤动物的类群数与个体数总体呈减少趋势:样地土壤动物群落的Shannon—Wiener多样性指数、Pielou均匀性指数的变化趋势总体上与土壤重金属综合污染指数相反,土壤动物群落的Simpson优势性指数的变化趋势总体上与土壤重金属综合污染指数一致.
The effect of heavy metal pollution on soil animals community structure was studied by analysis of soil heavy metal content, soil community structure and diversity in Huainan,so as to provide scientific basis for controlling pollution and recovery of ecosystems polluted by heavy metals. The results showed that one plot was subjected to mild pollution among the eight sample plots, the rest were subjected to heavy pollution through the analysis of comprehensive pollution index of heavy metals. With the increase of the comprehensive pollution index of heavy metals, the individual numbers and group number of soil animals decreased; the change trend of evenness index and diversity index of community were opposite to that of comprehensive pollution index of heavy metals, while the change trend of dominance index was consistent with that of comprehensive pollution index of heavy metals.
