益气健脾方对H22肝癌腹水小鼠生存期及体重的影响

目的:探讨益气健脾方对于H22肝癌腹水的生存期及体重的影响。方法:取传代后的H22腹水接种于小鼠腹腔,造成H22肝癌腹水模型,随机分为4组:模型组、5-Fu组、益气健脾小剂量组、益气健脾大剂量组,每组10只,造模后开始给药,模型组予灌NS 0.4 mL;5-Fu组,予隔日灌胃0.2 mL/d;益气健脾大、小剂量组分别灌益气健脾方不同浓度0.4 mL/d,灌胃至空白组出现第1只死亡时停止灌胃,观察各组小鼠的生存时间及体重的变化。结果:其他3组小鼠体重增长情况较空白组有无显著差异;生存期大剂量组与小剂量组之间存在差异,5-Fu组生存时间最长,较其他3组有显著差异。结论:益气健脾方对于H22肝癌腹水小鼠模型的体重无明显有影响,对于小鼠的生存期存在剂量依赖性。

英文摘要:

Objective : To investigate the effects of Yiqi Jianpi Recipe on H22 hepatoma ascites for survival and body weight. Methods:H22 generations inoculation in meuse peritoneal ascites caused H22 hepatoma ascites and the samples were randomly divided into four groups, the model group, 5-Fu group, low-dose group of Yiqi Jianpi Recipe, high-dose group of Yiqi Jianpi Recipe, n=10. After modeling, model group were fed NS 0.4mL. 5-Fu group was given 5-Fu every other clay 0.2 mIJd. Low-dose and high-dose groups of Yiqi Jianpi Reeipe were fed with low-dose group of Yiqi Jianpi Recipe, high-dose group of Yiqi Jianpi Recipe with different concentrations,0.4 mL/d. The administration would be stopped when there was first death in the model group. The survival time and the changes in body weight of mice in each group were observed. Results : There were no significant differences between the other three groups and the model group in weight. As for the survival time, the low-dose and high-dose groups had significance. 5-Fu group's survival time was the longest and had significance compared with that of other groups. Conclusion : Yiqi Jianpi Recipe had no significance on weight for hepatoma H22 ascites mice but a dose-dependent manner of body weight.
