利用自主研制的室内试验装置,同时进行了3组室内电动加固试验。试验中,CaCl_2溶液的浓度为唯一变量,以此探讨CaCl_2溶液浓度对淤泥质软黏土的电动加固机理。利用观测记录的电流、电压及通电结束后土体承载力等指标,分析了不同浓度的CaCl_2溶液对电动加固的影响。结果表明:浆液的浓度对强度有很大的影响,浓度为26%的浆液对土体的电动加固效果最好,16%的浆液次之,36%的浆液最差。依据室内试验结果,在大连东港商务区进行了现场试验,结果表明:土体的整体承载力较加固之前有很大的提高,而且随着龄期的增长,强度不断增大。
Three groups of indoor electro-osmotic consolidation treatment of soft clay soils were carried out in this study using self-designed laboratory equipment. The concentration of CaC12 solution was taken as an only variable to explore the influence of the concentration on electro-osmotic consolidation of the soil. The influence of different con- centrations of CaC12 solution on electro-osmotic consolidation was analyzed by observing and recording electric cur- rent, voltage and bearing capacity of the soil after the experiment and so forth. Studies showed that, the concentra- tion of CaC1z solution had a great influence on the strength of the soil ; the concentration of 26% of CaC12 solution made a best contribution to the electro-osmotic consolidation of the soil; the concentration of 16% took the second place, while the concentration of 36% did the worst. According to the results of laboratory tests, the field tests in Donggang Business Center of Dalian City were conducted. Results showed that, the bearing capacity of the soil improved a lot compared with the un-consolidated soil, and with the cure age grew, the strength increased continuously.
