以新安江(屯溪段)沉积物为研究对象,应用连续提取法分析了总磷(TP)、可交换态磷(DP)、有机磷(OP)、铁铝磷(Fe/Al-P)、闭蓄态磷(Re-P)和钙磷(Ca-P)等不同形态磷的含量。结果表明新安江(屯溪段)沉积物中总磷含量为373.42-583.01mg/kg,平均含量为475.39mg/kg,与我国其他河流相比,新安江(屯溪段)沉积物中磷含量较低。沉积物中磷形态主要以无机磷的形式存在,无机态磷达到TP含量的80.57-86.33%,其中Fe/Al-P含量最高,达到TP含量的27.70-40.46%,说明控制新安江(屯溪段)沉积物中无机磷的释放将有助于防治新安江水体富营养化。
Taking the sediments of Xin'an River (Tunxi section) as the research object, this paper measures the total phosphorus (TP), exchangeable phosphorus (DP), organic hosphorus (OP), Fe-bound and Al-bound phosphorus (Fe/Al-P), occluded phosphorus (Re-P) and Ca-bound phosphorus (Ca-P) by the sequential extraction process. The results show that the contents of TP range from 373.42 to 583.01mg/kg with an average content of 475.39 mg/kg in the sediments of Xin'an River (Tunxi section), which is lower than the amount in other rivers in China. Phosphorus mainly exists in inorganic fraction, which accounts for 80.57% to 86.33% of the TP. The percentage of Fe/A1-P is the highest among all of the phosphorus fractions, ranging from 27.70% to 40.46%. The results indicate that control over the releasing of inorganic phosphorus in the sediments is conducive to the prevention of water eutrophication of Xin'an River (Tunxi section).
