A new Chinese recorded genus of Achaius Cameron,1903,and a new Chinese recorded species of Achaius oratorius albizonellus（Matsumura,1912）collected from Liaoning,Jilin,Ningxia Province,were reported. This paper introduces the main characteristics of the genus,describes the morphological features of this new species,and provides the overall color map and partial feature map.
