将600羽1日龄平均体重为(35±0.5)g的AA肉鸡随机分成5组,每组10个重复。第1组饲喂添加ZnSO_4基础日粮,第2组饲喂添加ZnSO4基础日粮+抗生素,第3、4、5组分别在无锌基础日粮上中添加0.16%、0.32%、0.48%载锌凹凸棒石黏土,各组锌添加水平为80、80、40、80、120mg/kg。研究栽锌凹凸棒石黏土、不同锌添加水平和不同锌源对肉鸡生产性能、细胞免疫及血液生化指标的影响。结果表明:日粮中添加0.16%~0.48%的载锌凹凸棒石黏土能改善肉鸡生产性能、促进免疫器官的生长发育、增强细胞免疫功能、提高血清碱性磷酸酶活性;添加0.48%的载锌凹凸棒石黏土能显著提高血清溶菌酶和碱性磷酸酶活性(P〈0.05)。
A trial was conducted to study the effects of zinc - bearing attapulgite, different level of zinc and different zinc source on growth performance, cell immunity and sennn biochemical indexes of broilers. 600 one - day - old AA broilers were randomly allocated to five treatments, 10 birds per group. Group 1 were fed ZnSO4 added basic diet, group 2 were fed ZnSO4 + antibiotic added basic diet, group 3, group 4, group 5 were fed basic diet supplemented with zinc - bearing attapulgite at level of 0.16%, 0.32%, 0.48% respectively. The contents of zinc in the diets for the 5 treatments were 80 mg/kg, 80 mg/kg, 40 mg/kg, 80 mg/kg, and 120 mg/kg respectively. Results indicate that supplementation of 0.16% - 0.48% zinc - bearing attapulgite in diet improves the broiler performance, promotes the development of immune organ, enhances cell immunity and increases the activity of sennn alkaline phosphatase. The supplementation of 0.48% zinc- bearing attapulgite increases the activity of lysozyme and alkaline phosphatase in sennn signitlcantly(P 〈 0.05).
