基于自行设计研制的中国国内首台两相热压缩机,分别研究了水冷和空气自然冷却两种冷却方式对两相热压缩机性能的影响。研究发现,两相热压缩机对冷却方式非常敏感。该压缩机在0.2Hz、0.4Hz、0.6Hz和0.8Hz频率下运行时,采用水冷时,压比基本上保持不变,即使加热功率达到220W;但采用空气自然冷却时,压比达到5.O以上,且加热功率不超过140W。
Based on the first self-developed two-phase thermocompressor domestically, the effects of water cooling and air cooling on thermocompressor performance were investigated comprehensively. The re- sults suggest that the whole performance is sensitive to cooling methods. At 0.2 Hz, 0.4 Hz, 0.6 Hz and 0.8 Hz, the pressure ratio is almost constant up to a heating power of 220 W when water cooling was adopt- ed ; while using the air cooling method, the pressure ratio reachs above 5.0 with the heating power less than 140 W.
