我们在细胞生物学实验教学中对小鼠骨髓细胞染色体标本制备方法实验操作做了一些改进：由传统的取小鼠后腿骨改为取四肢骨,提高了实验材料的利用率;由注射器法收集骨髓细胞改为震荡器法收集骨髓细胞,使收集细胞的实验操作更加简便、安全,而且大大提高了骨髓细胞的收得率,同时明显增加染色体中期分裂相的细胞数,由对照组中的每视野中的中期分裂相细胞2～4个提高到5～9个,极大提高了实验教学的效果。

Improvement on making sample of chromosome of mouse marrow cell was carried out in teaching and training of cell biology.Hind leg was replaced by four limbs;utilization factor of material was increased.The method was replaced from injector to shaker collecting mouse marrow cell.The experimental operation of collecting cells was easier and safer.The collecting ration of marrow cell was improved.The number of middle breakup of chromosome was obviously increased.The amount of mitosis cell was increased from 2~4 to 5~9.The effect in experimental teaching was largely improved.
