在现有立体轨道式电动小车集装箱码头传送系统网络方案基础上,根据前期工作中,得到的优化仿真模型中码头传送设备的最佳配比和运行参数,采用混合FlowShop调度策略对立体轨道式码头传送系统进行优化策略研究,提出了调度策略模型,对FlowShop时间算法进行了改进。结合遗传算法对该调度策略进行仿真。仿真分析结果表明了该调度策略的有效性,对立体轨道式码头传送系统的实现和投入生产有一定的参考意义。
Hybrid FlowShop scheduling strategy is utilized to carry out the optimization strategy research of the tridimensional transmission system on the basis of the existing tridimensional rail power driven container terminal transmission system network, as well as the optimal matching and operation parameters of the transmission equipments in the optimized simulation model obtained from preliminary work. Improvements on FlowShop time algorithm are made after presenting the scheduling strategy model. Combined with genetic algorithm, the scheduling strategy is simulated and the simulation results show the effectiveness of the scheduling strategy. It has some valuable reference for the realization and actual production of the tridimensional rail ter- minal transmission system.
