利用硫氰酸铵改性的螺旋藻吸附剂吸附Cr^6+,对吸附工艺条件及动力学进行了系统研究。结果表明,对150mgL10H0mLCr^6+溶液,当pH值为2、藻类投加量为0.2g时,改性藻的吸附效果最好。改性藻吸附20h时能达到吸附饱和,且溶液中存在适当低浓度的阴离子可促进改性藻对Cr^6+的吸附,过高时抑制吸附,SO4^2-。抑制最大,而阳离子对吸附干扰较少。利用吸附Cr^6+后的改性藻进行解析试验,发现在中性条件下其解析效果最好。
Biosorption conditions and kinetics of Cr^6+ using ammonium thiocyanate modified spirulina were studied. The result showed that the maximum metal uptake capacity was pH 2 and modified spirulina dosage 2.0 g for 100 mL 150 mg/L Cr^6+ solution. The sorption equilibrium was reached within 20 h and the sorption isotherms were interpreted in terms of the Langmuir model. And lower concentrations of anions promoted Cr^6+ biosorption capacity, while higher concentration inhibited in which higher SO4^2- concentration showed strongest inhibition. Using modified algae condueted analysis experiments, results showed that the best analysis rate was on the neutral condition.
