内皮细胞在受到高糖、炎症、低氧、脂代谢异常、吸烟等外界刺激时,会发生内皮间质转化,失去其特异性抗原而获得间质细胞抗原,获得较强的增殖、迁移、收缩能力。发生内皮间质转化的内皮细胞其正常功能受损,包括舒张功能受损,活性氧产生增多,过度的炎症活化,屏障功能受损等,同时发生形态学改变,使血管壁增厚,与糖尿病大血管病变发生发展密切相关。
When exposed to hyperglycaemia, inflammation, hypoxia, abnormal lipid metabolism, smoking and other external stimulus, endothelial cells develop endothelial-mesenchymal transition (EnMT), by losing its specific antigen and obtaining mesenchymal cell antigen, getting stronger proliferation, migration, contraction capacity. The normal function of endothelial cells in which EnMT has occurred is impaired, including changes in vaso regulation, enhanced generation of reactive oxygen intermediates, inflammatory activation, and altered barrier function as well as the changes in morphological resulting in the vessel wall thickening, which are closely related with the occurrence and development of the diabetic macrovascular complications.
