为了对主机中广泛应用的电液位置、压力复合控制过程进行改进,首先在建立的试验台上对电液伺服位置、压力两种控制方式的机理进行研究,明确了位置控制和压力控制的特点及其各自应采用控制器的结构形式。进一步研究串联和并联两种形式位置、压力转换控制策略,提出串联和并联相结合的位置、压力复合控制方法,只需改变位置设定值,就可实现无冲击的位置控制和压力控制转换,简化了控制过程。对控制特性进行数字仿真和试验验证,研究工作对提高主机的生产效率和性能具有理论和实际意义。
In order to improve the controlling performance of the position and pressure hybrid controlling process widely used in hydraulic controlled equipment, the separate position and pressure control process is researched on the established electro-hydraulic servo testing stand at first. The characteristics of each process, the structure and parameters of the controller are affirmed by analyzing the test results. Further the series and the parallel two kinds of pressure and position transform control principle are researched and improved. A new series and parallel combined pressure and position hybrid control method is put forward, which can transform the position control to pressure control without any crash by only changing the set value of position, so the control processes is simplified. Finally the control performance is proved with simulations and experiments. The results are of theoretical and practical significance to the improvement of the production efficiency and performance of the electro-hydraulic control equipment.
