采用原子吸收分光光度法对粤东凤凰山茶区10个茶园的茶叶和栽培土壤中的Na、K、Ca、Mg和Fe等5微量元素含量进行测定,并采用乙酸胺提取法提取了茶园土壤中可交换态盐基阳离子,探讨了茶叶吸收土壤矿质元素的规律特点.结果显示,凤凰山茶园茶叶中矿质元素含量丰富,土壤中矿质元素含量高于广东省土壤平均矿质元素含量,茶叶中矿质元素Na、K和Mg含量与土壤中可交换性盐基阳离子呈显著正相关性,而茶叶中Ca含量与土壤中总Ca含量呈显著正相关性.
The contents of Na, K, Ca, Mg and Fe in tea leaves and soil which were collected from 10 tea gardens of Fenghuang Mountain in east of Guangdong Province were determined by using atomic absorption spectrophotometric method.In addition, soil exchangeable base cations in soil of tea gardens were extracted by amine extraction method.The results showed that the tea leaves in Fenghuang has ample contents of mineral ele- ment.The contents of mineral element in soil were higher than the average level in Guangdong Province.The contents of Na, K and Mg in tea leaves were high positive correlated with the content of exchangeable base cat- ions in soil.And the content of Ca was high positive correlated with the content of total Ca in soil.
