2011~2012年在北黄海121°30′~124°00′E、37°30′~40°00′N范围海域开展了四个季节的浮游动物监测与群落结构分析。共鉴定出浮游动物12大类63种(不包括15类浮游幼虫(体)和鱼卵仔鱼),以暖温性近岸种和广温性近岸种为主,兼有少量冷温性和暖水性外海种;大型浮游动物中华哲水蚤和强壮箭虫、中小型浮游动物小拟哲水蚤和拟长腹剑水蚤为北黄海四季浮游动物优势种。群落结构及主要优势种时空分布的年间比较分析显示:与1959年历史同期相比,秋、冬季北黄海暖水种种类增加,四个季节主要优势种中华哲水蚤和强壮箭虫的平均丰度均明显升高、且前者的增幅较后者显著,表明北黄海浮游动物群落结构已发生明显改变,能够为我国温带海域浮游动物群落演替及生物多样性保护等提供参考依据。
The community structure of zooplankton was monitored and analyzed in the Northern Yellow Sea (NYS, 121°30′~124°00′E、37°30′~40°00′N) in four seasons from 2011 to 2012. A total of 63 species belonging to 12 classes (excluding zooplankton larva and juveniles, fish eggs and fish larvae) were identified. Warm-temperate and eurythermal species constituted the majority of zooplankton in the Northern Yellow Sea and a small number of cold-temperate and subtropical species were found. Macro-zooplankton Calanus sinicus and Sagitta crassa, Meso-zooplankton Paracalanus parvus and Oithona similis were the dominant species in four seasons in the NYS. Compared with the same period of 1959 ,warm water species increased in autumn and winter; the average abundance of both C. sinicus and S. crassa, the dominant species of the four seasons, increased significantly and the abundance of C. sinicus increased more significantly than that of S. crassa. Our study indicated that the community structure of zooplankton has changed significantly in the past 50 years in the NYS. This research is of scientific interest for community succession and biodiversity protection of zooplankton in warm-temperate sea of China.
