Hun Huang is an associate professor in School of Electronics and Information Engineering, Xi＇an Jiaotong University, and is a senior member of CCF and a member of IEEE. He received his B.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Xi＇an Jiaotong University in 1996 and 2006, respectively.
