蓼属植物化学成分及药用活性研究新进展

蓼属是蓼科植物中的一个药用大属,种类繁多,具有多种药用活性,部分为我国民间广泛习用药材。蓼属植物含有黄酮、蒽醌、二苯乙烯、糖脂及萜类等多种化学成分。随着高效液相色谱等现代分离技术与活性追踪分离法的巧妙结合,使蓼属植物的研究进展迅速。本文就近5年来蓼属植物化学成分及药用活性研究的新进展进行综述。

英文摘要:

The genus Polygonum (Polygonaceae) contains many medicinal plants, with a variety of pharmacological activities. Among the rich species, parts of the plants were widely used as traditional Chinese medicines and folk medicines. A variety of chemical components, including flavonoids, anthraquinones, stilbenes, glycolipids and terpenes, were contained in the Genus Polygonum. With the continuous development of HPLC and other modem separation techniques, combined with bioactivity-guided fractionations, a faster research progress of the genus Polygonum has achieved. In the paper, the advances in the chemical constituents and pharmacological activity of the genus Polygonum in the past five years were reviewed.
