土壤对环境污染物的吸附和净化,是环境科学领域的重要研究内容之一。作为一类特殊的土壤,粘土对金属离子吸附性能的研究,已有文献报道。但是,金属离子的检测基本都采用原子吸收分光光度法。原子吸收法因为存在设备昂贵、操作程序繁琐和测试结果误差大等缺点,制约了该类型实验在教学中的广泛开展。介绍一种测定粘土对金属离子吸附性能的新方法:粘土对铜氨络离子的吸附。新方法将金属离子的测定由传统的原子吸收法转化为紫外一可见分光光度法,大大简化了实验操作过程,降低了实验成本。该实验适合于环境类专业实验教学,同时也非常适合在化学类专业中广泛开展。
Soil plays an important role in the adsorption and treatment of pollutant, and the relative study is one of the key research areas in environmental science. It has been reported on the adsorption of metal ions on clay, a kind of special soil. However, atomic absorption spectrophotometry (AAS) is usually used to measure the concentration of metal ions, which makes the experiment costly, time-con- suming and in poor accuracy. Therefore, it is hard to carry out the experiment broadly for instruction. Herein, a novel experiment, adsorption of ammoniacal cuprous complex ions on clay, was put forward. By changing the measurement method of copper ions from traditional AAS to UV-vis spectrophotome- try, the revised experiment is much simple, lower cost and more vivid, which is suitable for the students not only majoring in environment, but also majoring in chemistry.
