应用微分脉冲伏安法研究了盐酸去氧肾上腺素在玻碳电极上的电化学行为及其测定方法。在pH 9.62的B ritton-Rob inson缓冲液中,盐酸去氧肾上腺素在E=350 mV处具有良好的电化学氧化峰,线性范围为0.1-1μg.mL^-1,检出限为0.033μg.mL^-1,利用该方法对针剂样品中的盐酸去氧肾上腺素进行直接测定。获得了较好的定量分析结果。
A differential pulse voltammetry method for the determination of penylephrine hydrochloride has been studied.The electrochemical behavior and voltammetric parameters of phenylephrine hydrochloride at a glass carbon electrode were investigated and evaluated.In the Britton-Robinson(B-R) buffer,phenylephrine hydrochloride has an irreversible oxidative peak at the potential of 350 mV and the peak current was linear with its concentrations in the range of 0.1~1.0 /μg·mL-1.The detection limit was 0.033 /μg·mL-1.The proposed method is simple and easy to operation.The proposed was applied to the determination of penylephrine hydrochloride in several drugs samples with satisfactory results.
