为了使概念设计中的功能分解方法易于操作,使生成的功能结构包含更全面的设计信息,分析了现有功能分解方法如FAST法、去除和操作程序法以及功能结构法的不足;通过研究技术系统的特征,揭示了机械产品的广义工艺功能特性.引入了输入约束功能的概念,提出了基于广义工艺功能的分解方法,并给出了详细的分解步骤.该方法为机械产品的概念设计提供了一种操作方便、信息全面的功能分解模式.最后引用:工程实例验证了该方法的实用性.
To achieve convenient manipulation in functional analysis of conceptual design and all-side design information in functional structure, present functional analysis methods, such as FAST, the subtract and operate procedure and the functional structure method, are discussed respectively in this paper. Based on characters of technical system, the generalized process function in mechanical products is revealed. With the introduction of the concept of input constraint function, a new functional analysis method is put forward, including its decomposing steps. This method provides a reliable mode for the conceptual design of mechanical products. An engineering case is cited to confirm it finally.
