微混合器作为实现流体混合的关键部件,成为微流控系统和全微分析系统领域的研究热点。一般将微混合器分为主动微混合器和被动微混合器,根据此分类方法,介绍了两类微混合器的混合机理,详细地阐述了目前国内外较为典型的几种微混合器的原理、结构、混合性能、材料及应用等,并总结了两类微混合器各自的优缺点。综合国内外研究现状,分析了目前微混合器研究过程中所存在的问题和技术难点,指出未来微混合器的主要发展方向为微观流体力学理论基础的修正和补充、微混合器的结构设计以及微混合器制作和装配工艺的研究。
As a key part to realize the fluid mixing,the micro-mixer becomes the research hotspot of the microfluidic system and micrototal analysis system.In general,the micro-mixers are divided into the active micro-mixer and passive micro-mixer.According to the classification method,the mixing mechanisms of the two types of micro-mixers are introduced systematically.Then the principles,structures,mixing performances,materials and applications of several typical micromixers at home and abroad are described,and the advantages and disadvantages of the two types of micro-mixers are summarized.Based on the international research status,the problems and technical difficulties in the research are analyzed,and the main research areas of the future micromixers are pointed out,i.e.the modification and supplement of the theoretical basis of the micro fluid mechanics,structural design of the micro-mixers and research on the fabrication and assembly process of the micro-mixers.
