目的探讨辅酶Q10对长期移居高原健康男性血常规的影响。方法分别取年龄、职业等相匹配,从平原移居海拔4300 m的健康青年男性,分为辅酶Q10组(n=18)与对照剂组(n=20),在从海拔1300 m地区进入4300 m高原当天开始服药,连续服用2个月。分别在服药前、服药1个月、服药2个月末次服药后,取受试者的静脉血,测定其血常规。结果给予辅酶Q10口服1个月后,血液中红细胞压积(45.6±3.8)%显著低于安慰剂组(51.8±8.2)%(P〈0.05);口服辅酶Q10第2个月末,血液中红细胞压积(47.7±8.4)%也显著低于安慰剂组(51.7±7.9)%(P〈0.05)。结论辅酶Q10对长期移居高原健康男性的红细胞压积有降低作用,其是否能够成为防治高原红细胞增多症的新型药物有待深入研究。
Objective To discuss the effects of coenzyme Q10 on the routine blood test results of healthy males immigrating to high altitude(HA) for a long time.Methods Healthy young men with similar age and occupation who had immigrated from the plain(1,300 m above sea level) to HA(4,300 m above the sea level) were selected and divided into coenzyme Q10 group(n=18) and control group(n=20).The subjects of coenzyme Q10 group took this medicine consecutively for 2 months from the first day since they arrived at HA.The venous blood samples of both groups were obtained to detect the routine blood indexes before taking the medicine and after they lived at HA for 1 month and 2 months.Results After orally taking coenzyme Q10 for 1 month,the subjects' hematocrit(45.6±3.8)% was significantly lower than that of the control group(51.8±8.2)%(P0.05).After taking coenzyme Q10 for 2 months,the subjects' hematocrit(47.7±8.4) %was also significantly lower than that of the control group(51.7±7.9)%(P0.05).Conclusion Coenzyme Q10 can reduce the hematocrit of healthy males who immigrate to HA for a long time.
