基于铺地材料燃烧性能测试的辐射热源法,通过研究分析辐射照度、点火火焰、试样安装方法 3个关键因素对防水卷材临界辐射通量的影响,推荐采用在410 mm处监测点的辐射照度(5.1±0.2)k W/m^2、点火器的燃气流量(2.06±0.12)L/min、根据实际应用进行安装的测试条件,并结合可燃性试验的结果,推荐以临界辐射通量、20 s内焰尖高度、20 s内燃烧滴落物是否引燃滤纸为评判项目,设置3个燃烧性能等级作为防水卷材燃烧性能的评价指标。
Based on radiant heat source method for combustion performance of flooring-determination materials, influences of radiant illumination, ignition flame and sample installation method on critical heat flux of waterproofing membrane are studied. It recommends detection condition using (5.1±0.2) kW/m^2 radiant illumination at monitoring point at 410 mm, (2.06±0.12) L/min gas flow of the ignition and practical application installation. Combining with the result of flammability test, this article suggests critical heat flux, flame tip height within 20 s and whether ignite paper dripping burning within 20 s as evaluation projects, and setting three combustion performance grades as evaluation indexes of combustion performance of the waterproofing membrane.
