大学组织发展的同质化现象给高等教育结构优化及实现高等教育的可持续发展带来了一系列问题。本研究基于制度视角,运用组织社会学制度理论,从强迫机制、模仿机制和社会规范机制三个层面探讨了大学发展同质化的成因。面对大学发展同质化现象,应尽快构建起由政府、市场和大学三者利益主体组成的相互监督与制约的互动机制,从而引导大学组织走出同质化发展的困境。
The problem of homogeneity in the Developing of universities would lead to a series of problems to the structural optimization of higher education and realization of sustainable development in higher education.In this thesis,the study mainly focuses on the views of Institution,and institutionalism in organizational sociology is used to analyze the causes of the homogeneity of universities development from three layers,including the coercive,mimetic and normative.Moreover,the conclusion is proposed that the mutual supervision and restriction interactive mechanism among government,market and university should be built up to guide university organization out of the trouble of homogeneity of universities development.
