以木质厨房家具为例,运用剩余需求弹性模型测算了中国木质家具在美日英市场的市场势力。回归结果显示,中国在美日英市场尽管具有较高的市场占有率,但市场势力较弱,控制价格的能力较低。同时测算了竞争对手越南在美日英的市场势力,结果,中国木质厨房家具国际市场势力高于越南木质厨房家具国际市场势力。最后,就进一步提高中国木质家具国际市场势力提出相应对策建议。
Taking wooden kitchen furniture as an example, this paper calculates market power of China' s wooden furniture in USA, Japan and UK market by use of residue demand elasticity model. The regression results show that China' s furniture owns relatively low market power and low capacity of controlling price, which can' t match its higher market share in USA, Japan and UK market. In the meantime, this paper calculates the market power of Vietnam, China ' s competitor, in USA, Japan and UK market. This paper finds that the market power of China ' s wooden kitchen furniture is relatively higher than Vietnam. Lastly, based on the empirical results, this paper brings forward some on how to further improve international market power of China' s wooden fumi- tare.
