结合FTSR薄板坯连铸连轧自身的特点,设计了轧制汽车大梁钢BG510L的化学成分和轧制工艺,并与用传统流程轧制的BG510L钢的金相组织和力学性能进行了对比。结果表明,与传统流程相比,FTSR薄板坯连铸连轧生产线轧制的BG510L钢的组织更为细小,但强度偏低,伸长率偏高,但均满足力学性能标准。通过优化化学成分和轧制工艺,使BG510L钢的强度得到了提高,力学性能更趋于稳定。
Considering the specifics of FTSR(flexible thin slab rolling), the chemical composition and rolling technology of BG510L steel were designed. Comparing the products of FTSR and traditional roiling process,it was shown, that the microstructure of BG510L strip produced by FTSR is finer; the strength is lower and the elongation is higher. By optimizing the chemical composition and rolling technology, the strength of BGS10L steel produced by FTSR have been increased obviously with high stability of mechanical properties.
