目的：收集整理成年女性腰椎形态学资料，为成年女性临床腰椎外科手术应用提供解剖学形态数据。方法：观察测量30例正常成年女性完整干燥腰椎椎体数据。结果：腰椎体前、中和后缘高度平均值分别为26．35mm，22．34mm和26．21mm；椎体上、中和下前后径长度平均值分别为32．42mm，29．50mm和32．56mm；椎体上、中和下冠状径平均值分别为46．32mm，40．78mm和48．83mm。腰椎体垂直指数为99．5，总体来看属于平正型。结论：对女性腰椎体测量结果显示该测量结果与影像学手段测量结果基本一致，该结果可为女性脊柱腰段外科手术提供较为可靠的形态学依据。
英文摘要：
Objective： To Collect adult female lumbar vertebral body height morphological data. To provide data for clinical surgery operation application. Methods： Measuring 30 cases of normal adult female spinal dry eomplete the data of the body of lumbar vertebra. Results; The body of lumbar vertebra average height of anterior border, centre and posterior border is respectively 26.35 mm, 22.34 mm and 26.21 mm; The body of lumbar vertebra average length of upper, middle and inferior sagittal diameter is respectively 32.42 ram, 29.50 mm and 32.56 mm; The body of lumbar vertebra average length of upper, middle and inferior coronal diameter is respectively 46.32 mm,40.78 mm and 48.83 mm. The Vertical index of lumbar vertebra is 99.5 ,belong to flat shape in general. Conclusion： the measuring result is same with MRI,CT and X-ray measuring result,but the certain difference is existing between the results of different measuring methods and the results can provide reliable morphological basis for adult female spinal surgery.
