以STM32单片机为控制核心板,设计智能信息头盔、智能无线控制手表和用于实时与头盔传输的上位机软件,构建起以智能信息头盔和智能信息手表为核心的可穿戴式的石化应急智能信息装备系统,用于对石化环境监测及拍摄、工作者脉搏心率实时监测、动态石化环境毒气危险报警、精确GPS定位系统定位以及协助工作者险情应急双向通话呼救等功能,并通过无线通讯传输技术,实现计算机端上位机软件对石化环境的远程实时监控。实验验证了方法的有效性。
This study mainly takes the STM 32 microcontroller as the control core, and the design includes the intelligent information helmet, the intelligent wireless control watches and the PC software for real - time transmission with helmet. As the core of intelligent information equipment of petrochemical emergency system, the intelligent information helmet and intelligent wireless control watches have many functions including acquisition and display of environmental information for petrochemical, photographic of petrochemical environment, real - time monitoring of workers heart rate, risk alarm for petrochemical dynamic environment together with gas, positioning of precise GPS, as well as two - way assistance of emergency calling for help when workers are in danger, and so on. Remote real - time monitor of PC software in the computer port can be completed by means of wireless communication transmission. The effectiveness of the method is verified by the experiments.
