英文摘要：

In order to deal with the series problems of information heterologies in E-commerce sites,a novel union system is proposed and researched based on information fusion and extraction.The system model,some function modules,key algorithms and work flows are presented in this paper.And the system utilizes web mining to deal with information island problems and uses Bayes algorithm to extract web information to match the clients＇ requests.Simulation results show that the system has better performance in the information processing and the client＇s satisfaction than the traditional one.
