组建由激光跟踪仪和数据处理软件组成的计算机辅助测量系统。对分段制造中大尺寸构件的几何量信息进行评价。并对其中的激光测距系统进行横向和径向误差补偿。以半径约束最小二乘法解决了分段构件拟合信息不足的问题,提高拟合精度。用仿真和实际实验结果验证了该算法对噪声的鲁棒性增强。利用最佳适配算法将多站的测量统一到CAD全局坐标系下,并与CAD比较偏差。以隧道构件为研究对象,应用于隧道构件生产厂家质量控制中。
A computer assistant measurement system,including the laser tracker and data processing software, is established to evaluate the geometrical information of large-seale component in subsection manufacture. The transverse and radial error compensation of laser range system is accomplished. The lack of fitting information is solved by radius constraint of the least square method for better fitting precision. The robust against noise is reinforced through validation of simulation and practical experiments. The multi-station measurement is unified in CAD global coordinates by the best-fit arithmetic. This study can be applied in the quality control of manufacturers for the objects tunnel component.
