工程优化中常面临以下问题:①随机因素对质量波动的影响;②设计变量与响应之间的非线性隐式关系不利于优化的实施;③优化中设计变量的不断修正导致试验或计算成本显著增加。为解决上述问题提出了基于响应面模型的6σ稳健优化方法,并以悬臂梁结构和筒形件拉深成形为例进行了优化研究。通过与确定性优化和可靠性优化的对比,验证了所提出的优化方法具有良好的优化效果。
A six sigma robust design method based on RSM (Response Surface Methodology) was proposed to deal with the following problems; ① Effect of uncertainties on the fluctuation of quality;② Nonlinear implicit relations between response and design variables making it difficult to perform optimization; ③ Successively modification of variables leading to the consuming computation or experiments. A cantilever and deep-draw forming of cylindrical cup as examples were studied with the proposed method. In comparison with the deterministic optimization and reliability-based optimization, the new method can obtain better optimum solutions.
