以小麦(Triticum aestivum L.)品种‘宁麦13号’幼苗为材料,采用15%聚乙二醇-6000(PEG-6000)模拟干旱胁迫,研究镧(La)对干旱胁迫下小麦幼苗抗氧化能力的影响,以探索镧提高小麦幼苗抗旱性的机制。结果表明,0.1%的镧显著降低干旱胁迫下小麦幼苗叶片膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)的含量和超氧阴离子(O2-)的释放速率,不同程度地促进叶片中过氧化氢酶(CAT)和过氧化物酶(POD)的活性,提高脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白的含量。镧能通过调整保护酶活性和渗透调节物质含量来提高小麦幼苗的抗氧化能力,有效增强其抗旱性。
The effect of lanthanum on antioxidant ability of wheet seedlings under drought stress simulated with 15% PEG-6000(polyethylene glycol) was investigated in this paper.The results showed that lanthanum could decrease the contents of lipid peroxidation MDA and the release rate of O-2 in wheet seedling lesves,accelerate the activities of catalase(CAT) and peroxidase(POD) and increase proline contents and soluble protein contents.It confirms that lanthanum may effcetively enhance resistance against drought stress through raising anti-oxidative capability and improveing the oxidation resistance of wheet seedling.
