为确保在意外损坏的情况下天然气管道与地下水管道的安全运行,运用了实验分析与数值模拟的方法,分析了高压水管与埋地天然气管道间的安全距离,得到了高压水射流在土壤中以嘴喷喷射形成纵椭圆形侵蚀模式,而孔口喷射形成圆形侵蚀模式。确定了压力与距离的平方成反比,在水-水系统安全距离为1 500 mm,水-砂系统安全距离为1 200 mm。
In order to ensure safe operation of the natural gas pipeline and underground water pipeline in the case of accidental damage, using experimental analysis and numerical simulation method , the safety distance between the high-pressure water pipeline and the underground natural gas pipeline was analyzed, the vertical oval erosion model generated by high-pressure water jet in soil erosion formed by the mouth spray was obtained, and the orifice jet formed circular erosion model. It was determined that the pressure is inversely proportional to the square of the distance. Water-to-water safe distance is 1 500 mm, while for the water-to-sand medium, the safe distance is 1 200 mm.
