选择丙烯酸、甲基丙烯磺酸钠、过硫酸铵与自制的大单体为因子,设计了四因素在三水平的正交试验,考察了合成的聚羧酸减水剂对水泥净浆初始流动度的影响,确定聚羧酸减水剂的最佳合成配方。
The orthogonal test of four factors at three levels was designed when the acrylic, methyl acrylic acid sodium, ammonium persulfate and self-made macromer were chose as factors. Based on this, the influences of poly carboxylic acid water reducing agent on the initial fluidity of cement paste was discussed. Finally, the optimal synthesis with polycarboxylate superplasticizer was determined.
