采用正交试验的方法确定两相区温度、冷却速率、过时效温度对DP590冷轧板组织性能的影响。实验结果表明:冷却速率为30℃/s,过时效温度为330℃时,奥氏体相变成马氏体的量大大减少;DP590最佳热处理工艺为两相区温度780℃、快冷速率60℃/s、过时效温度280℃。
The influence of heating temperature,cooling rate,overaging temperature on the microstructure and properties of DP590 cold rolled steel is determined by adopting orthogonal experiment. The experiment results showed that: the amount of austenite transformed to martensite is greatly reduced by the cooling rate 30℃ / s and the overaging temperature 330℃. The optimized heat treatment process is heating temperature 780℃,cooling rate 60℃ / s,overaring temperature 280℃.
