为优化GH4169高温合金铣削参数,对铣削力的控制提供实验依据,采用中心复合响应曲面法,建立了硬质合金刀具铣削GH4169高温合金过程中铣削力的预测模型,采用方差分析方法,检验了预测模型以及各输入参数的显著性,分析了各铣削参数对铣削力的影响规律。结果表明:该预测模型可以有效预测硬质合金刀具铣削GH4169高温合金过程中的铣削力;每齿进给量和铣削深度对铣削力影响极显著,交互项对铣削力也影响显著;铣削力随铣削速度增加而降低,随每齿进给量、铣削深度和铣削宽度增加而增加。
To optimize milling parameters and provide experimental basis for milling force control,the milling force prediction model for the milling of GH4169 are built by central composite response surface methodology. The variance analyses are applied to checking the significances of the milling force model and the input parameters. The effect of milling parameters on milling force is also studied. The results show that our prediction model can be applied effectively to predict the milling force in the milling of GH4169. Feed per tooth and milling depth have very obvious influence on the milling force,and the interactions between the milling parameters also have obvious influence on the milling force. The milling force decreases with the increase of the milling speed,and increases with the increase of feed per tooth,milling depth and milling width.
