采用TG-DTA热分析技术研究Ca(OH)2-NaOH体系分解混合稀土精矿的过程。并选择了焙烧温度、Ca(OH)2加入量、NaOH加入量、焙烧时间为影响因素,用二次正交回归实验设计方法研究并获得了矿物分解率受各因素影响的回归方程,实验表明,焙烧温度630℃;Ca(OH)2加入量23%(质量分数);NaOH加入量15%(质量分数);焙烧时间30 min,分解率为98.1%。
The decomposition process of mixed rare earth concentrate in Ca(OH) 2-NaOH was studied by means of TG- DTA and XRD method. The relationship among decomposition ratio, roasting temperature and Ca (OH) 2-NaOH addition was studied by the quadratic regression orthogonal analysis, and then the regression equation was obtained. Through analysis, the optimum process conditions of mixed rare earth concentrate decomposed by Ca(OH) 2-NaOH were obtained as follows: roasting temperature: 630 ℃ ,Ca(OH)2 addition: 23 % ,NaOH addition: 15 % ,roasting time: 30 min and the decomposition ratio: 98.1%.
