以硬脂酸锌(ZnSt)改性的偶氮二甲酰胺/NaHCO3(AC-SA)复合型发泡剂、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)膜片边角料为主要原料,采用熔融共混及模压发泡法制备PVB发泡材料,采取6因素、5水平的正交试验方案L25(5^6),重点考察AC-SA、过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)、纳米SiO2、丁腈橡胶(NBR)及滑石粉的用量对PVB发泡材料性能的影响。
Using zinc stearate (ZnSt) modified azodicarbonamide/NaHCO3 (AC-SA) composite blowing agent, polyvinyl butyral (PVB) film scrap as main raw materials, the PVB foaming materials were prepared by melting blending method and molding foaming method. Using the 6 factors, 5 levels orthogonal experimental program L25(5^6), the influence ofAC-SA, dicumene peroxide (DCP), dioctyl phthalate (DOP), nanoSiO2, nitrile rubber (NBR) and talc powder amounts on performance of PVB foaming materials was emphatically investigated.
